Yoni Kaplan
Yoni is an independent economic consultant focusing primarily on complex tax issues. Yoni was a team member of the committee regarding the sale of IDB Group and a member of the investment committee of Migdal Insurance Company.
Yoni was the Income Tax Commissioner of the Israeli Income Tax Authority after having held numerous senior positions in the Tax Authority.
Yoni is a board member at Villar International Ltd., Solbar Industries Ltd., Amir Marketing and Investments in Agriculture Ltd., The Central Bottling Company Ltd. and International Beer Breweries Ltd.
Yoni holds a MA in Political Science from Haifa University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. Yoni also studied at the National Security College. Yoni is the Head of the Tax Department at Bar Ilan University and, in addition, is a lecturer at several other universities.
